Store Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Creating and driving business strategies to drive profitability and customer experience targets of the store
  • Training and Motivating team members to achieve customer delight
  • Creating a positive and growth-centric culture
  • Assigning sales targets to the team and monitoring on regular basis
  • Maintaining store hygiene as per desired standards
  • Handling customer issues
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team for store offers and driving footfalls
  • Submitting store performance reports to management

Skills required

  • Graduate with minimum 2 years of work experience as a Store Manager
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent people management and leadership skills

Apple Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and offer assistance
  • Conduct product demonstrations for Apple products
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service and sales abilities
  • Aid in arranging merchandise displays and organizing sales floor and stock areas
  • Uphold a professional appearance and convey sincerity and enthusiasm that reflects the brand’s commitment to customers
  • Attend regular internal and Apple refresher training sessions
  • Keep abreast of current promotional offers and events.

Skills required

  • Holder of a bachelor’s degree/high school certificate
  • Demonstrates exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing, in the English language
  • Customer-oriented with a sales mindset
  • Capable of multitasking while paying attention to customers’ needs and remaining adaptable to the company’s requirements
  • A team player with the ability to take the initiative and work independently without direct supervision

Marketing Intern

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work with our marketing team to learn about all aspects of marketing
  • Learn about the retail and e-commerce industries and gain an understanding of marketing
  • Help in creating fun and engaging content on social media and learn the nitty-gritty of digital marketing
  • Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across all channels
  • Conduct research and analysis on industry trends and best practices, and use that knowledge to improve marketing efforts

Skills required

  • Holder of a bachelor’s degree
  • Demonstrates exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing, in the English language
  • Passion for Apple products and technology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box
