Are there any charges for Maple’s Pick up and Drop service?

No, there are no charges. We provide free service. In case you wish not to repair the Apple device at our service center, there will be a handling and inspection fee of INR 1250 for iPhones, watches, AirPods, HomePods and accessories, and INR 2700 for Macs and iMacs levied.

Are there any charges to repair an Apple device that is out-of-warranty?

For out-of-warranty devices, there is an inspection/diagnosis charge. There could be additional charges for components if it’s a hardware problem. You can visit our iPhone repair centre for more details.

How many devices can be submitted at a time?

You can submit multiple devices. However, a new request must be created for each new device.

What if I don’t wish to pay for the repairs for my device that is out-of-warranty?

If you do not wish to repair your out-of-warranty device after receiving an estimate for the repair, we will deliver the product back to your address. However, you will have to pay inspection & handling fees.

What if my location is not displayed after I enter my PIN code?

Currently, we provide our pick-up and drop service for the MMRDA region only. We have Apple service centers in Mumbai & Mangalore.

Do I have to switch off the ‘Find My iPhone/Mac’ option while submitting my device for repairs?

Yes, as per the Apple Support System, your device can be serviced only when it is at the service center and free of user restrictions.

How do I check if my Apple device is out of warranty?

You may check the warranty of your device by entering the serial number on Apple’s website.

How long does it take for my device to be delivered?

Usually, your device will be repaired and delivered within 2 days. There could be a delay in case certain parts of your device need to be replaced as they would have to be ordered from Apple.

Is it safe to handover the device to the Pickup and Drop agent?

Maple is completely responsible for your device. You can be rest assured, your device is in safe hands. All devices are immediately sent to our Apple repair center in Mumbai.
